We are an independent gym that is committed to working with you to gain the results you want. Whether your aim is to lose weight, tone up, build bulk or gain weight we can put together a gym programme or recommend the right classes for you to attend in our studios.

We have two gyms in the South East in Hertfordshire and North London. We also operate a number of private gyms for Corporations and their employees. See here for more details.

Gym Facilities

At both our gyms we have an excellent range of gym equipment including cardio machines and free weights, as well as a number of group classes and Personal Training for bespoke strength and fitness requirements.

Personal Trainers

Neal Training prides itself on its bespoke training plans for its members. We employ a number of skilled fitness professionals who will use their knowledge and experience to build a bespoke training plan for you – whether you want to get fit, build strength or gain muscle.
